THE SPACE
Renovated top to bottom the newly opened space gives a feeling of modern minimalism accented with vibrant reds, soothing greys, and warm wood tones. The room seems to transport customers to places like the Village in Manhattan, Soho London, or Copenhagen. Candlelight sets the mood even further; music is classic jazz and Bohemian-European folk. Dress is casual.
THE FOOD
With attention to detail Chef Adam Zieminski gives diners something to remember.
Lunch and Brunch served from 11-3pm is comprised of Parisian street food and European classics. Souffle omelets, smoked salmon tartines, grilled pizzas, crepes, waffles, and the American burger make up the varied menu. Also accented on the specials board, one might find charcuterie, artisanal cheese plates, oysters, escargots, and bouillabaisse.
Dinner served from 5-9pm is fine dining, with reservations suggested. Whole roasted fish, grilled meats, aged duckling, and braised dishes with handmade pasta round out the menu that changes almost every weekend. Diners start with classic appertifs and complimentary pistachios. An extensive appetizer menu is also avaiable.
"The ingredients are locally driven as much as possible. "

THE DRINK
Cafe Adam has a strong European wine list. In true brasserie form, anywhere from 12-20 wines are available by the glass. The list features boutique vintners and well known houses alike from all over the continent. Burgundy, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Loire, Champagne, Languedoc, Cotes du Provence, Rhone Valley, Austria, Tuscany, Piedmont, Alto Adige, Sicily, Spain, Portugal... they are all there.
With a full liquor license, the cafeADAM staff will stir up a Margarita, Bloody Mary, or a martini that will rival any other in town! We also offer a one of a kind beer list featuring beers by the bottle from all over Europe. Hard to find beers from Poland, Holland, Germany, and Belgium dot the menu.
Did we mention the coffee? Tight espressos and luscious cappucinos are served daily by a trained barista. There is also a signature hibiscus lemonade, Barrington Roasting Company Coffee, and a slue of Harney Teas.
