*COOKING CLASSES

 Recently featured in the 2008 March issue of Berkshire Living Magazine, the classes are offered every other month.  Chef Adam Zieminski (Johnson and Wales Graduate)  teams up with guest Chef Jean Claude Vierne (formerly of La Cote Basque).  Together they give guests an evening of culinary techniques, wine tasting, and memorable degustation.  A great social experience for singles, couples, and small groups.  Be sure to sign up on our mailing list by emailing cafeadam@hotmail.com for details on our upcoming class.

    The kitchens at cafeADAM are crafting delicious creations for the restaurant, which are also available to go!    Take home a couple pounds of house smoked salmon, personalized desserts, or an hors d'oeuvres platter.  Get creative with Adam today!


 

Did you know?  All of our desserts are made by MOM!  Christina Koldys (Christina's Just Desserts) supplies the restaurant with hand crafted tarts, pies, and pate choux...  She is Adam's Mom.  Adam got his start in food in the family bakery.  It was located just down the road in the village of Housatonic.
